Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you are entitled to a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are not required to provide any justification, nor will you incur any penalties, aside from the cost of return shipping.

Should this period expire on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the order number. Returns should be addressed to:

Guarantees and After-Sales Services

All items purchased on our Website are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code), which ensures that the goods delivered are free from defects and conform to the order at the time of delivery.

Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
