Our boutique is hosted on Shopify, who provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to present and deliver our products and services to you.

Purpose

These Terms define the conditions of ordering, payment, and delivery between our website and you, the client.

Products

All products available on our website are offered subject to availability.

Each piece is described and presented with the utmost precision. Nevertheless, minor variations in photographs - such as color, size, or shape - may occur.

As some of our products are crafted by hand, they may present subtle irregularities. These unique details are inherent to artisanal production and cannot be considered grounds for return.

Ordering Process

You may select items from our collection and add them to your Shopping Bag.
By clicking “Checkout”, you confirm your order. You will then be asked to provide your personal information, including payment details.

At any stage, before final confirmation, you may review and adjust your order. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition for completing your purchase.

Once your order has been placed and product availability confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched through La Poste.

Shipping fees for orders within mainland France are fixed and communicated at checkout.

We commit to processing your order within 30 days following order confirmation. Delivery times indicated represent average lead times, covering preparation, processing, and dispatch.

During periods of high demand or for pre-orders, timelines may vary. Estimated delivery windows for pre-ordered items will be specified on the respective product page.

Dispatch

Most orders are shipped within 15–20 business days, though dispatch may take up to 30 business days during peak periods.

Should you not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us at contact@naulleau.co so that we may assist you.

Liability

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances caused by third parties, or attributable to the client.

In the event of an incorrect delivery address provided by the client, we decline any responsibility for the loss of the order.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide justification and without penalty, aside from return shipping costs.

Should this period expire on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Prices & Payment

All prices are indicated in euros.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the client.

Secure Payment

Payment is due immediately at checkout and processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring both authentication and the confidentiality of your data.

By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are the legal holder of the card used.

Payments in installments are not accepted.

Guarantees & After-Sales Service

All products purchased on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code), allowing you to return defective or non-compliant goods.
